I was diagnosed in December with ankylosis spondylitis—an arthritis that affects the back. I was wondering if anyone else has this and what worked for them? I’ve been doing FB for over 10 years, but lately I’ve been in a lot of pain. Im taking an NSAID and it’s helping some. Im also am trying to eat healthier with less processed food. However, I’m still in pain.
