So listen, I haven’t had coffee yet. Which means my brain isn’t functional well enough to ask you an amazing question. But feel free to tell me any interesting or weird fact about yourselves! 🙃

Also tell me what workouts you have lined up for today! I finished the Strong Challenge yesterday; I’m skipping the yoga and meditation. I might go for a walk and do some mobility work with Kayla. What about you?

And we gotta (get to!) eat! What’s on the menu today? I’m thinking sandwiches and air fried potatoes. Easy peasy for a Saturday. Plus I just found a recipe for a vegan sweet potato Reuben sandwich that looks delish! So maybe my own sandwich won’t be so easy, but my guys can build their own.
